Beautiful hotel, as with all hotels in Cuba slightly dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach is beautiful! Hotel grounds are huge, lots of places to walk and explore. Has your typical cuban buffet, the ice cream is great, often fresh fruit, as well as good pasta. I would recommend bringing your own ketchup as all cuban ketchup tastes quite watered down. Plenty of activites to do, close to Varadero itself, easy to do excursions from. Just a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

We would not recommend this resort to anyone.
The main old block is in poor state of repair. When it rains, the landing gets covered in water and becomes very dangerous. The room was worn out, my husband got speared by a bed spring the mattres...read entire review at TravelPost.com |
