Brindisi is located in a trendy little alley-way that has about 5 restaurants. All the restaurants actually look the same, but they each serve different types of food (e.g. Brindisi is Italian, there's a Mexican place too, etc...). All restaurants though specialize in seafood, and the seafood is actually very fresh. The only drawback to the place is the service, and it's actually bad enough to knock it down a few stars.

Brindisi has a "hot" looking woman...well, she's not really hot. But she wears a short skirt, winks at you, and then after you say you'll eat there, she completely ignores you, even if you ask for something as simple as a business card. Then the waiters take forever to serve you...though they are really quick with the check...

All in all, good food, just bring good company so that you don't have to focus too hard on the other people there...

Italian in SF's Financial district -- Belden Ln.

At the very end of Belden alley, there is a reason why it's usually empty. It's just ok and nothing special. Most Italian places actually don't impress me, and neither did this one. It is, however, cheaper than all the other restaurants in that alley, and for a reason. =P
