Micro Brewing on Long Island, Brickhouse style! Jun 16, 2008
The Brickhouse Brewery is one of 5 major micro-breweries on long island. It's also 1 of 2 located in Patchogue, NY. Their selection of beer is your standard across the board. They have a lager, brown, IPA, etc. All of which are delicious. My brewer's guild meets there every other month in their upstairs conference room area and they are very accommodating. The food is a mixture of American, gourmet pizza, seafood, and some German eats as well. Staff is friendly and they constantly have days of live music and/or special events.
