Vern and Mimi took us here on our first visit and we had to go back on the second trip because it kept calling us.
The Brick Oven is on the south side of the island the little town of Kalaheo. Well worth the drive to it and on the way to Poipu Beach(golf and beautifull area want to see anyway or on way to Waimea Canyon The crust is thin,crispy, coated with garlic butter. If you like sausage they make their own. If ranking againt all other pizza restaurants would get a 5 star but I have a little hard time giving it a 5 Star--I'm tough when ranking restaurants. We liked our trip so much last year we decided to go to Kauai for our aniversity. A lot of the things as driving around, looking at people,beaches ect were similar to last year and I will not talk about these on this entry.

Tried to get others interested in Zip lining but no takers so I took off by myself to the Princeville Ranch on the northside of the island. They have a Zipline trail of mile or so with 8 ziplines and one suspension bridge. B…… Zip Lining |
