Brian Head Vacation Guide
Brianhead is a little mountain community located in the southwestern part of Utah. While the actual peak of the mountain reaches over 11,000 feet high, the town is located at the base, around 10,000 feet altitude. During the off season times, the town consists of less than 300 inhabitants. However, peak times bring thousands of visitors in at a time.
The summer and spring times offer mountain trails for biking and hiking as well as using off road vehicles. A nearby lake also offers fishing. The wintertime allows skiers and snowboarders to take over, as well as snowmobiles. Snow shoeing and cross country skiing are also popular around here.
The resort is aimed at tourists who are families with small children or those who are beginners at mountain activities. There are a lot of instructional classes available for every skill level. During national holidays, the town has a fireworks display and usually a small parade down the mountain.

Great family resort for beginners and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. Small town with light, dry snow that they call "the best snow on earth." One of my favorite ski spots ~ friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere.

So I moved to Las Vegas from Springville, Utah when I was 10 years old. We lived on a beautiful mountain side in Utah. Utah's state motto is "The Best Snow on Earth" so one might wonder why at age was I 13 just finally learning to ski but frankly I was just thrilled to be learning. For Christmas th…
