Handcrafted beer on site Sep 21, 2009
Brewerkz is an iconic full-service restaurant, founded in 1997 by US-born Devin Otto Kimble and Daniel Flores, features high quality American-style food and a full range of premium beers handcrafted on-site from the 10 hl microbrewery attached to the restaurant.
Brewerkz, Singapore’s award-winning microbrewery restaurant serve American cuisine with an emphasis on regional dishes from the Deep South, the South West and California. The cuisines serve as a perfect accompaniment to Brewerkz' handcrafted beer. Moreover, the kitchen is proud of the fact that its menu items are like the beers at Brewerkz in that pastas, soups, breads, cakes and ice creams are all handcrafted on-site. With seating for 240 diners inside and over 300 alfresco, the well-frequented restaurant comes complete with pool table, dartboard and 10 large-screen televisions that are particularly popular with sports fans. Pay Less For The Best, enjoy the happy hour from 12pm to 3pm weekly for half the price on beer! |

It was the only place where they did not ask me to sit, so I chose that one :)
At 20.00 I met a friend on the terras of Brewerkz where we had a good time, some laughs, some beers and some nachos.
At midnight I crahsed in my bed, hoping for a good night rest. … Brewerkz |

It makes you want to drive really fast ;)
The afternoon I would spend in shorts and shirt having another drink at Brewerkz and food at a restaurant named Hutong. Had a final drink at a bar next to a reversed bungy attraction. (think its called Singapore Sling or Swing). … Terrible time to wear a suit.. |
