It was a perfectly decadent Sunday, me and my buddies decided to check out their Sunday Brunch and at 198++ it was worth every penny.
The selections of Champagne (Billecart-salmon reserve)and wines were better than the normal table wines you normally receive at such events.
Brunch starts at 12pm and ends at 3pm. But for those who are so inclined the restaurant offers you an option to have free cocktails and Hors d'oeuvre at the hotel bar for an hour 11am-12pm.
Their buffet is very different from the usual style. apart from having a buffet line, they have multiple live cooking stations where they will whip up gastronomical treats like seared scallops or foie gras.
Another interesting thing they do is that instead of having to constantly walk ard finding new things to eat, the chefs themselves will walk around to hand out a selection of their specially made appetizers called "pass arounds"!
and for the main courses, they have a menu where you can order main dishes like braises beef short ribs or a nice pan fried salmon which will be prepared a la minute to ensure your food is hot and fresh.
And to top it off, they have a live band who will serenade you while you eat.... It is truly a decadent experience.
