My boyfriend and I fancy ourselves foodies and as such, we just had to try the burger reviewed in the article 'Burger Bonus' by Alan Richman in GQ Magazine.

The 'House Ground Steak Burger and Fries' is made from Rib-Eye and Kobe beef, basted with red wine and cooked to your liking (with perfection!) over a wood fire flame.

It was very impressively displayed and presented to us by professional and rather dapper looking wait staff (who, in our opinion, earned the 25% tip we left him).

Although, a little pricier than most places for a burger and fries, coming out to around $55 (plus gratuities) for two of these mouth-watering morsels (fries included) and two Corona, it was by far worth every penny. A must try when traveling to Las Vegas.
Eric says:
Thanks for the review -- was actually just in vegas and considered trying this out, but it seemed pretty expensive just for a burger and fries. Looks like it was worth it, though!
