Boynton Canyon Trail Sedona Reviews
Hiking the Red Rocks of Secret mountain in Sedona Nov 19, 2010
Boynton Canyon is a scenic and almost mystical place in nature within the Sedona Red Rock wilderness. Located off the paved road where the Enchantment resort is, it offers hikers of all levels something to enjoy. The first mile is the easy hike before the trail levels off, leaving all civilization behind. this is the fun and mystical part of the hike as you enter deeper into the canyon.
How to get there:
From Sedona, drive south on State Route 89A for about three miles or so to Dry Creek Road. Right turn then three more miles to Boynton pass Road. The Canyon is 2 miles after a left turn.

Difficulty: Easy to hike, beginners and all levels can hike
Elevation: 4,66 - 5,100 feet
Length: About 5 miles round trip.
PS: “Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” Mark Twain
