Hotel Bougainvillier

The Hotel Bougainvillier in Phnom Penh is a nice, small, upscale hotel right on Sisowath Quay on the waterfront with large, very clean and modern rooms.  It is conveniently located close to the Royal Palace and the National Museum and has a bustling market right behind it as well as lots of conveniently close restaurants.  In addition, the hotel lobby has a small, upscale French restaurant.  The service was a bit slow but the food was good and it is a nice change of pace.  Unlike elsewhere, breakfast is not included in Phnom Penh, at least not here, but there are plenty of local restaurants.  Rooms are a bit pricey compared to elsewhere in Cambodia at around $50 negotiable.  All rooms have TV and air conditioning and a real, western style bathroom with a tub.

They've got very good services and if you want to, they can help you to find accomodation in other places in Cambodia. They've got a rooftopgarden and it's in the city-centre. Try out t...
