Oh my the Ukrainian Red Borscht Soup is a must for those who enjoy a good soup or just letting your tastbuds travel to the great flavours that will wonder in your mind. I had spoken to someone what was a typical meal in Ukraine and was told that this soup was very popular. So it seemed since plenty of the people sitting in the resturant on the second floor at the Borispal airport had a bowl of red soup. I found the staff and service very well and it was a cosy place with two floors. Upstairs were full where they had the white table cloths out while we had two small red ones downstairs. I guess its just a matter of prefrence there hehe I can highly recommend this place and especially the soup. Try it i promise you wont regret it. I have found the recipes on the internet and will make an effort of trying this at home as well:)Let's hope for a successful cooking day
