Boomerang Village Resort

Boomerang Village, This was one of the best hotels I've been to in Phuket, very good value, amazing ambiance, good service, the owners were italian, very helpful and nice Italian people, because i visited the first time i got upgraded to large room :)

they have separate rooms kind of a small villas, with this amazing surrounding of greenery and flowers, large swimming pool and restaurant..

I loved it and i would go again.

We spent 5 days last April in a spotless clean,good sized room and bathroom(suite room pool)of this beautifuly decorated quiet resort overlooking Kata beach.

The lovely designed room has all you need:comfy large bed,safe,flat TV,nicely priced minibar,free wifi,essential silk dressing gowns and slippers,mosquito coils,plenty of storage...tiny terrace with complementary mosquitoes...

Located up a hill,20 minutes walk from the beach,away from the noise and hustle and bustle,this peaceful resort provides all day long a free shuttle to Kata beach.Due to its location,we had all our dinners in its restaurant Cafe del Sol where the breakfast is also served:good and reasonably Thai and Italian priced food.

Lovely but a bit small pool but we didn't use it.Helpful and friendly staff who sometimes spoke a bad English but speaking Frenglish,I managed.

Extremely well kept grounds and very good value for money.

I stayed at the deluxe room in November 2009 and after one night I had to move to a cottage because the deluxe room was not available any more. I knew that I would have to move so this was not a problem.

The deluxe room is a better choice and the price is not much different. It has a better view but the cottage is not bad at all. The only other big advantage of the deluxe room is that the bathroom is much bigger than in the cottages and it really looks great.

This place is a bit up the hill so you need to walk for about 10 minutes to get to the Kata beach. If you don't mind this I recommend this place to you.
