Bondi Beach is arguably Sydney's, and Australia's for that matter, most famous strip of golden sand and ocean break. Bondi Beach is located in Sydney's eastern suburbs and is a short bus ride from Bondi Junction which is a nearby suburb.
Bondi is a magnet for travellers in the summer months, but on warm spring, autumn and winter months too, having a number of hostels, bars, restaurants and cafes. Rental prices in Bondi have risen steeply as has the demand for share accomodation.
