Bon
Bon Reviews
Best little japanese May 15, 2008
Bon is located in the basement floor at the Kowloon Sogo Departement Store. Bon is a japanese restaurant and even though I've allways been more into thai and chinese food then japanese food, this place really started to make me courious about japanese food, and became my favorite dineing spot throughout my Hong Kong stay.
The food tastes good, it's nicely served and fresh, as oposed to the other place I frequented yesterday soft drinks are served in a glass. The service is good and you feel they really try to be there for you even though their english is not that good. You still get a plastic spoon but it's okay all together. All rice dishes are ofcourse served with chop sticks. And everyone - IF you are in Hong Kong you HAVE TO try Bon's Tempura, they are absolutely delicious! 1 hot dish with rice and softdrink aprox. 45 HKD. Part of the South East Asia 2008 travel blog |
