Korean food in the East Village Aug 29, 2014
Boka is a Korean restaurant & bar in the East Village.

They are famous for their Korean fried chicken - soy and spicy flavored.

On their menu are classic and favorite Korean fares like: japchae, pajeon (scallion pancakes - seafood/kimchi), mandoo (dumplings), bibimbap (rice bowls w/ vegetables), bulgogi (marinated beef), dukbokki (spicy rice cakes w/ Korean fish cakes), and kimbap (korean rice rolls)

I highly recommend the fried chicken, japchae, spicy rice cakes/noodles.

Cocktails are great - and the watermelon soju is a popular favorite.

Prices varies between $5-$18 for dishes meant for indivisual or sharing.
