Boise Art Museum Reviews
BAM! Mar 07, 2010
Boise Art museum (BAM) is located with other Boise museums in the Julia Davis Park. You can get there via Capitol Ave. There is free parking in the popular park.
Admission was $5 for adults. Discounted admission fees available for students, children and senior citizens. No photos :(
The museum was larger inside than what I had expected when I first arrived. Galleries were spacious and had a lovely flow leading from one to the other with exhibits consisting mostly of late Modern to Contemporary Art.
There was also a small sculpture garden located in the back of the museum. It wasn't much of a sculpture garden, but a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun!
BAM was one of the lucky 50 museums across the country to receive permanently 1/50th of the Vogel modern art collection!! GO BAM!
