Hi,
I lived for more than 1 month in Bogota and was almost 2 in Colombia. Colombia is an incredible beautifull and different country. You can find anything you want there. The Colombians are very friendly, for me the most friendly ones of the countries I`ve visited in South-America. They are very positive and like every tourist that visits their country, because you were not affraid of the image it has. The Colombians have a natural born sympathy and are very hospital. As in every country there are bad people but if you don`t go for that, don`t travel. You can be robbed next door. If you go to Bogotá, I can recommend you hostal Sue (Av.3, calle 16-42), cosy atmosphere, cheap and the best shower. |

There aren´t many road rules and it is amazing the taxi drivers can get anywhere without crashing, but they manage it. No one seems to car much about the road rules if there are any and they dont wear seatbelts. The dramas of airports amaze me, mmm i wonder if i catch a bus from Colombia to Mexico....
I always found it strange if not a little overbearing being told that you have to arrive 3 hours beforehand to an International flight throughout Sth America! Seriously, pay some… My Airport Nightmare continues |

The view was amazing! Not only yhe view of Bogota and the surrounding area, but the view of everything in the mountains as well. The top was also home to many local restaurants and shops as well. It was amazing to think that this many… Super Sunday is a great day in Bogota. |

The Museo Nacional was amazing. The museum is contained inside an old prison which has been converted. Of course everything is in Spanish so we couldn{t read much except what Janneth translated for us but it was still an enjoyable venture. Colombians are very proud… te amo Bogota |

went to the Gold Museum after eventually finding it - pretty amazing
place. We sat down to figure out where we would have lunch while there
as we were both starving by this stage as we had no brekkie! Some
dodgey guy was wondering around us and then sat beside us. I think he
