Bodo Vacation Guide
Bodø is a city in the north of Norway in the county Nordland. It has 45000 inhabitants and is the second largest city in the north of Norway.
Bodø has a lot of wind, but the nature surounding is amazing. We have Saltstraumen the world largest tidal current in the world. Up to 400 million m³ of seawater forces its way through a 3 km long and 150 m wide strait every six hours, with water speeds reaching 20 knots.
We have the midnight sun and the sea is surounding all of the city!
