Bocaccio Information and Description

Located in the South Milan , our 2 bedroom apartment offers guests a sophisticated blend of traditional Italian and contemporary style. The apartment is just a couple of blocks away from city center. The Duomo, which represents the symbol of Milan with its "Madonnina", is situated in the very historical city centre, on the square of the same name and next to the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery. The construction began around 1300. but it was concluded only in 1800. thanks to Napoleon Bonaparte. Not too far away ...(see more)you can visit the main tourist attractions of the centre (Real Palace, Manzoni Museum, ), as well as numerous shops and boutiques that constitute the "fashion area" and Viale Montenero with its bars and clubs. There are excellent connections to the underground and the tram. PLEASE READ THIS FEW VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKINGS OF THIS APARTMENT. YOU'RE RENTING AN APARTMENT IN A RESIDENTIAL BUILDING. Being this a private apartment, there's a special check-in procedure. In case of your arrival without prior notification or communication, Apartments Stay is released from ANY responsibility regarding check-in delays or other complications that this might cause. PLEASE PRINT YOUR BOOKING VOUCHER AND BRING IT WITH YOU ON YOUR TRIP! PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THIS FEW SIMPLE STEPS REGARDING YOUR CHECK-IN PROCEDURE AND YOU WILL ENJOY YOUR PERSONAL APARTMENT AVOIDING ANY EVENTUAL PROBLEMS: 1.YOU'RE DUE TO CONTACT US TO ARRANGE YOUR CHECK-IN THROUGH THE TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED WITH THE BOOKING CONFIRMATION +39 393 26 29 033 OR BY EMAIL AT BOOKINGS@APARTMENTS-STAY.COM AT LEAST 24H BEFORE ARRIVAL (BY CLOSURE TIME OF OUR OFFICES, WHICH IS BY 18:30 ON THE DAY BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL DAY) TO RECEIVE OTHER DETAILED INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR CHECK-IN PROCEDURE. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday from 09:30CET to 18:30CET.Our SMS mobile service, email, Windows Live and Skype contacts are receiving messages 24H a day, 7 days a week. We keep record of each phone call/text message received. In case our operators are busy you will be transferred to an automatic voicemail. You just need to leave your Name and Last name, Booking Reference Number, Arrival time and Mobile phone number that you will be using in Italy. In case of any delays (flight delays, train etc) on arrival day you are due to contact us immediately and set the new check in time on number provided with the booking confirmation at least 1H before your arrival. In case of no communication regarding your delays you might get charged 25 for the time that one of our stuff might have spent waiting for you. In case of no notification from your part regarding your arrival time at last by 18:30 on the day before your arrival day, you might find yourself without the possibility to do a check in and you will be charged for the first night as 'no show' case. Arrival without prior notification or communications from your part, releases Apartments Stay of ANY responsibilities in that sense. 2. OUR CHECK-IN IS DONE STARTING FROM 14:00H. FOR THE ARRIVALS FROM 14:00H CET to 20:00H CET: You're due to come to the offices of Apartments Stay where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance. In case of unexpected delays, due to unpredictable flight/train arrival delays or any other reasonable problems, you're due to contact us IMMEDIATELY and inform us about such delays. In that case we will re-schedule your check-in time and will not charge you any penalty NO SUPPLEMENTARY CHARGES. FOR THE ARRIVALS AFTER 20:00H CET The check-in will be made in the apartment where you will receive the keys and pay the remaining balance. We invite you to respect the scheduled check-in time, since we will charge you extra 10 for each hour that one of our stuff may spend waiting for you in case of unreasonable delays. In case of unexpected delays, due to unpredictable flight/train arrival delays or any other reasonable problems, you're due to contact us IMMEDIATELY and inform us about such delays. In that case we will re-schedule your check-in time and will not charge you any penalty. We remind you that for the check-in in the apartments, we accept only cash payments if not agreed otherwise. For the check-in done in the apartment (after 20:00CET and Festivities (Saturday and Sunday)), you're due to bring with you the copies of travel documents of all the persons staying in the apartment and to hand to the persons in charge for your check-in. We apply 30 fee for check-in after 20:00 CET or on Festivities. 3. OUR CHECK-OUT IS DONE UNTIL 11:00 CET. On the day of your departure, you're due to leave the apartment until 11:00 CET. You're also due to come to our offices on the day of your departure to bring back the keys and receive back your deposit. You're due to leave the apartment in the conditions you found it and to report any damage you made. We have a strict control system of any damage made in the apartment and you will be charged properly, especially if you do not report the damage, even after you received back your security deposit, if we conclude that you're responsible for the damage. Please contact Apartments Stay as soon as possible to arrange the check-in! It is crucial to finish the reservation process successfully. WE REQUIRE A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF 100 FOR EACH OF OUR APARTMENTS in cash or credit card that will be given back on the day of your departure after assuring that you're leaving the apartment in the conditions you found it.
