Bluffton is a small village located in Northwestern Ohio. It is an hour's drive south from Toledo; a 2 hour drive north of Cincinnati; a 1 and a half hour drive northwest from Columbus. It is located right in the middle of Lima, Ohio and Findlay, Ohio.

Bluffton's population is recorded at about 3,800 residents. The town also is the host location of Bluffton University. One may argue that the population of the town is a combination of local residents as well as university residents. The University boasts its Swinging Bridge, and a nationally preserved forest. They are the home of the Beavers.

Several festivals go on here, including: Blaze of Lights Festival, Festival of Wheels Car Show, and the Arts & Crafts Show.

Phillis Diller, comedienne, attended Bluffton University (Bluffton College as it was known) for one year. Tobias Buckell, a science-fiction writer, is a resident of Bluffton, Ohio.
