Bluewater Lodge Wanaka Description

Bluewater Lodge in Wanaka is accommodation for guests who like attention to detail, exclusivity, friendly hospitality and lake and mountain views that are good for the soul. This recently completed luxury lakefront villa is situated in the Wanaka Township right on the shores of Lake Wanaka. There are stunning uninterrupted panoramic lake and mountain views. At Bluewater Lodge you are welcome to make use of our library with wireless internet access and books. Feel free to relax in the open-plan lounge and dining area with plasma television, Bose DVD and sound system and large double doors leading to 2 outdoor areas to enjoy the extensive lake and mountain views. Share a glass of wine and some nibbles in the evenings with your hosts and fellow guests. There is a full kitchen and an outside alfresco dining area with magnificent lake and mountain views. Dining: If you require you can enjoy casual dining with your hosts. Meals have a distinctly New Zealand flavour using local fresh produce. Picnic lunches are available as well as gourmet BBQ for dinner in the summer. Wine: We serve only local wine from Rippon Vineyard in Wanaka, and Chard Farm near Queenstown. Pre-dinner drinks are included in tariff served with nibbles and local cheeses. Bicycles: Two bikes are available for lakeside rides. We provide complimentary restaurant transfers to the many great local restaurants in Wanaka, which we can book for you. Complimentary laundry service and two car garaging. Art: Bluewater Lodge features art from Brent and Shirley Cairns, Naked Art. We also have art by Jackie Anderton, Christine Bell-Pearson and local Dunedin artists. Master Suite: The master suite has it all! Majestic views of Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains from your own private balcony and private outdoor spa. The room has an ensuite with macrocarpa shutters opening into the room, double basins, double shower, and exclusive natural toiletries. There is a dressing room, king size bed with fine linen, towels, T.V. and radio CD player. You have access to guest fridge and tea and coffee making facilities with home baking and chocolates. Peninsula Suite: A downstairs suite with wheelchair access. This room has its own ensuite with shower and exclusive natural toiletries. There is a king size bed with fine linen and access to guest fridge, tea and coffee making facilities with home baking and chocolates. The room also has a T.V. and radio. Twin Room: This room has King Singles beds with own private bathroom with bath and shower. This room is also complimentary for children under 14. Treble Cone Suite: This room is available only with exclusive use, it has lovely views and a kingsize bed.
