This was one of the best morning wake ups I've ever had. Thanks to the panoramic view of the jamison valley from my window at York Fairmont Hotel. Though cold and foggy, it was a perfect day to go to Echo Point and walk the a bushwalking trail that leads to the Three Sisters and down further to the valley floor.

We all knew we were faced with yet another long day, so we all started early, and by 8AM, we were done with our breakfast ins...

Hi everyone, Me chris and Dee all went to Katoomba in the Blue
Mountains over the Weekend, was awesome, we needed to see how Bertha
took to the Road. We set off bout 7.00am on the Saturday morning, took
us roughly two hours to get there. Once we arrived, we went straight to
Coles (Supermarket) to pick up some food and beer then headed back to
Katoomba Caravan Park. The price was $15 per person per night so we
thought we would get it a bit cheaper so i dived into the back and hid.
Thats...

So I asked to have the day off and I was so excited to go that I woke up at 2 am and looked at my mobile that it's not time to get up yet. Anyway, I picked up Kurt from his friend's house in Parramatta just before 9 am and I drove us to the Blue Mountains. We first went to Leura where we stopped for morning tea and had an egg and bacon pie with a strong latte each then we drove to the Leura Falls, parked my car and did some hiking there. He saw some lizards and reminisced when he w...

A few pics from my first trip to australia, with my brother Justin. We spent some time in Hong Kong on the way there & the parents came out for a holiday when we got to Singapore. Don't count on the dates to be right by the way!

This trip essentially began with a week in beautiful Sydney, Australia.
I wasn't sure of my itinerary, but I did pick up a Vietnamese Visa in Sydney, so after a few days visiting friends in Perth, I headed that way from down under.
After Vietnam, I revisited Bangkok and Frankfurt to complete my Round the world adventure!

Woke up this morning early at around half seven. I knew I only had one full day left in Kings Cross, so while I had this base in the heart of the city I figured now would be the perfect time to book a trip to the Blue Mountains, while I was still conveniently near a pick up point. So the day before I had picked up a brochure in the hostel and found an express tour which is late leaving (so enough time for breakfast) yet is still able to take in all the highlights. It cost $79 and included fre...
