The Blue Agave is a typical mexican restaurant. The ambiance was delicately lit and the chairs actually reminded me of the chairs at some restaurants in Tegucigalpa, Honduras where the chairs were woven with a twiny rope.
The servers were attentive and made sure we had everything and the food was very delicious.... though I do wish that Mexican food had more veggies in it rather than all the carbs of rice and tortillas... but it was still delicious. I had a burrito de carne asada and the red chili sauce was delicious!!!  Part of the Happy Birthday to me Vacation travel blog

…made reservations at a mexican restaurant---which is rare for my sister but her friends made her make plans
We headed towards the Blue Agave on Light Street. We went in and it was sort of sad. Because the friends who sat next to me really didn't talk too much... I tried to break the ice by asking about work... the one guy works with… 8 hours pop culture and mexican food! |
