Blind Faith Cafe - Evanston - TravBuddy

I fell in love with this restaurant years ago and the memory of their delisous food has never left me. This is not just a good vegitarian restaurant this is a good restaurant, period. I haven't had the pleasure of living in chicago for a few years now but whenever I am even vaguely near I make sure that the Blind Faith Cafe is one of my stops. There menu fetures eclectic, flavorful international dishes like seitan fajitas and pad Thai. All of their creations are prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients. My personal favorie dish is their bean burrito which in my humble opion, has yet to be matched by any mexican restaurant where I have ordered other bean burritos hopping it will be similar. I am not a vegiarian but this is just good food that simply doens't need meat to make it better. Whether you are vegitarioan or not or are just in the Evanston Area and looking for a good meal I recomend eating here.
And for those of you who are traveling on a tight budget one of my favorite things about this restaurant is that there are two sides. A full service side and also the option of just getting counter service and cleaaning up your own plate...if you are in a hurry (all though this food is too good to be rushed) or if you just want to save some money just order at the counter, the food is just as delitious only the cost is less.
