Bølgen & Moi Tjuvholmen

Bølgen & Moi Tjuvholmen is one of the newest additions to the popular restaurant chain (not to be confused with McDonalds, TGIF etc.) from the Norwegian chefs Bølgen and Moi. You can either eat from a bar menu in the casual part of the restaurant or have a more upscale dinner in the main dining room (reservations needed). The menus vary from pizzas to Confit de Canard and oysters, so I guess everyone can find something they like here. Be prepared to pay a lot more than at other chain restaurants, but you can probably find something on the menu to suit your wallet anyway. When the weather allows it, people meet up after work for beers and champagne at the outside lounge tables. Their concept is to be a place that mixes food, wine and art. All their restaurants are very trendy and have great interiors.
