A very pleasant surprise!! Oct 25, 2008
I had never heard of this hotel but the price ($115) was right (I had the VIP rate at the Marriott) and was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel, though old, was updated with many modern conveniences. The furniture in the room as great, the room's location was great, and the people who worked there were friendly and helpful. I was also 1 1/2 blocks away from the red line, which took me right to Wrigley Field (I was in Chicago for the baseball playoffs). Would I stay there again? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to a friend? Absolutely. Would I recommend it to a stranger? Of course. |
