This restaurant chain is located inside Norfolk Waterside on the first level. It has a bit of an upscale feel to it.
We sat out on the patio with a view of the Elizabeth River and the docked yachts. We started our meal with "Calamari", lightly battered with hot Italian cherry peppers fried crisp, tossed with garlic butter and served with marinara sauce. My husband and I shared a burger since we were not too hungry. We ordered a "Black Angus Saloon Burger". It was an 8oz Black Angus beef flame grilled and topped with your choice of cheese, bacon or caramelized onions. It is served on a fresh bulky roll with lettuce, tomato and red onion with a side of complementary French Fries. This is definitely a good spot to hang out if you want to relax with a view.
