Black Pearl’s Zaventem Reviews
Black Pearl’s Nov 12, 2009
The last year they have done a lot of modifications in the A-terminal in Zaventem. I can only agree that it was the least you could do but one good thing is that they have upgraded some of the eating alternatives that they have there. Establishing the Black Pearl’s fishing restaurant is an exponent of this.
The restaurant follows the same concept that we see is being establish almost everywhere; they build on a medium-high quality fish and good wines and a lounge bar looking interior, where business men and women can blend in with their computers and request for a power cord to save the connection to the world either via computer or mobile phone.
The prices are in the high end, like almost everything else that you can purchase in an Airport. I had a good smoked salmon plate with 3 slices of salmon, supported by some fish sauce and mild chopped onions, 4 half’s of bread; all this together with 2 glasses of chardonnay from Bourgogne ended up in 32.60 €, which was in the high end pricewise.
