Bit Center Hotel Ljubljana

Well, I have to say I felt deceived concerning the location of this hotel. It sounded great and said it was in the center. It's not in the center. It's several km from the center. You have to take the bus (15) minutes to the center. That can be ok but, the bus doesn't run late and then you could be forced to take a taxi or walk down a dark road with no sidewalk.

The Hotel:

It definitely looks as it might have housed athletes. The rooms are small dorms. They were decent size and have beds for 3 peoople. You can get a single here, cheap. The bed is good....not comfy, but, good. There is no A/C. If you are here in summer, as I was, your room san be quite warm. The bath looks like a pod, like it's all one piece...but it is complete. The price included breakfast......stale cereal and non-refrigerated milk....that's it. There is a large sports center attached. Squash, large pool, gym, and much more.

If it were in town and in spring, fall, or winter, I would stay here for the price. But, it is not. So, I wouldn't stay here unless I had a car.
