Bistro Remedios is a small and quaint restaurant serving Filipino food with a nice ambiance. We ate there on a Wednesday, so it was fairly empty, but the food and service was good, and our server was able to recommend some dishes for us to try. It is fairly close to Intramuros and Chinatown, so it was a nice finish to a long day in the area.
Though the price is a little more expensive relative to the Philippines, their bamboo rice alone is worth the price! It's a must try!  Part of the The Philippines: round 3 travel blog |

We had planned to take a walking tour of the area, so headed in that direction. Chinatown is nearby, so before the walking tour started, we wandered around the confusing and busy streets and found some lunch. It was a long day, but we ended it with a delicious dinner at Bistro Remedios.
