Bistro Biesiadnik Warsaw Reviews
Nice and calm place Aug 26, 2009
Bistro Biesiadnik is a small bistro situated near hotel Le Meridien Bristol and close to the cross in memory of the old Polish pope Paul and the tomb of the unknown soldier.
Inside the bistro is organized quite strangely with 3 separate rooms even though the place is really small. The middle area is the bar and the place where you order the food. I was not looking for food so I settled for a local beer; the main reason though was because I needed to get away from the wind and the cold.
After I had gotten my beer I went to the little room that faced the square. I was alone in the place and I found it really relaxing. The walls in the place had wallpaper that reminded of old newspaper and the tables and chairs were all in dark wood. This afternoon it was quite empty inside but I am sure that it would be crowded during lunch breaks on working days.
