A very interesting name for a restaurant. When you hear this name you automatically think weird and quirky staff and atmosphere. You do get both on your visit into Bimbo's Bitchin Burrito Kitchen. Speaking of staff, the service is ok, nothing to write home about. The food is delivered quickly, although it seems rather slow for just making a burrito. The decorations all seem bought from a Goodwill and the tables are decorated with items that people place under the glass. Now onto the food. The food is good, not great, but pretty good. I had a Burrito Inferno and yes it was very spicy (I love spicy food) but I felt there was too much lettuce and not enough other stuff. The same went with my girlfriends tacos, just too much lettuce. The food was reasonably priced. The water they give has no ice, and is a tad on the warm side. Overall I wouldn't suggest going out of your way for this place, but if you happen to come across it I would try it out. Plus you can tell all your friends you went to Bimbo's Bitchin Burrito Kitchen. It sounds cooler than it really is.
