Bike Tours of Lima

On a typically cloudy wintery Sunday in Lima a couple of weeks ago I joined the "bike tours of Lima" group to visit the city in a more original and adventurous way. I was on my own and knew Lima a little bit and was curious on whether the Tour was going to be what I expected. Well it was all of that and more!!! Jose and his family have set up this wonderful organization which truly caters to toursits who want to see and visit Lima in something other than an air-conditioned bus! The organisers are super friendly, very serious about security and, very knowledgeable about their city of kings! We had a fantastic day through and through. I certainly recommend it to anyone, young and old alike (you don't need to be a Lance Armstrong to participate at all!) :-)

Visiting Lima on a bike is a great experience. The bikes are comfortable and safe and the tour covers different neighborhoods in Lima. It´s a great way to see the city with wonderful, cool, friendly, informative and so nice staff and people. It will be definitely a highlight in your trip!
