Bicentennial Park Reviews

This is a wonderful little park for most any occasion. I called the mayor's office a few week prior to our little party and reserved the shelter house.
The park is very easy to find. From Route 23, get off at the 53/67 exit and head south into town. It's about a mile and a half on your right. The most noticeable feature is the large Vietnam Veteran's memorial right out front. This park features a shelter house with picnic tables (most of which were very clean), nice, newer plastic playground equipment, a small skate park, restrooms with running water (but no doors), and a drinking fountain. It's in a very peaceful part of town and set back off the road a bit. If your family is in town and you need a place for the kids to "run off some steam", this is a nice place to go. It's easy to get to from the main highway. I've included some pictures from my graduation party at this park. Part of the My Masters Graduation from BGSU with Reviews travel blog |
