Oakridge is a small community of about 4,000 population at about the 1,500 foot level on the western slope of the Cascade Mountains. 45 minutes west is Eugene, the state's third largest city, and only a half hour east are some of the best recreational areas, including camping, hiking, rafting, and skiing in the winter months. The Best Western facility here is well maintained and offers a two story motel style setup with exterior corridors. Our room was clean and well maintained and included all of the usual amenities. There was an extended continental breakfast in the morning with homemade biscuits and gravy available.

Nice older motel Jul 20, 2007
In this small town of under 4,000 we found this Best Western Motel to be quite nice. It is a two story facility with exterior corridors and stairs only to the second level. Built in an L shape with an outdoor pool this motel may be old but has been nicely maintained. The desk clerk asked if we would like a handicapped room when she saw our license plate and we said fine, so it guaranteed we’d be downstairs. Actually our room was right near the office and had special amenities like a wheelchair accessible shower, wider doors, higher toilet, and maybe even a larger room. Nicely furnished and included all of the other usual amenities. Breakfast in the morning was special, for an extended continental breakfast it included fresh homemade biscuits and gravy.
