Best Western South Beach Hotel Miami

We stayed here for one night in 2005. I wasn't too impressed by this place. The bathroom was horrible. It looked like it hadn't been remodeled in 15 years. I couldn't bring myself to use the shower so I showered at the beach. The bed was OK. The floors in the room gave way if you walked across the room. I had the feeling I was going to break through and land in the lobby. Now I'm not a tiny girl but I'm not big either. Just scared me a little that's all. The TV remote was broken. Then again not to be too negative, the AC was working which is without a doubt important if you are in Miami. The hotel staff was also very nice and helpful and the pool outside looked very inviting. This place is only 4 blocks from the beach in popular South beach. There are many restaurants and bars close by. If you only look for a room to crash in it's OK. But I like my room a bit more one the clean side. ;)
