Best Western Premier Hotel Foresta

The hotel apears and attempts to be a first class hotel but is really not. The rooms while we stayed there was ice cold and the heaters did not work. While attempting to have it fixed by notifying the front desk we got the answer "Sorry but we can not do anything about that".

The food was way below our expectations and the bar crew was very stressed and not exactly service minded.

I've stayed there once and that will be the onley one time.

The view over Stockholm is the best feature of the hotel, but the view alone does not make the price worth paying.
