Best Western Muenchen Aparthotel Munich - Reviews - Munich

If you're from the U.S., you'd never believe this was a Best Western. It seems too nice to be a B.W. The restaurant and bar is almost fancy looking (but casual dress reigns supreme). The entire staff is at least conversational in English, if not fluent, and they are all very nice. No dirty looks or "stupid american" type glares. The breakfast that is included is amazing! It's buffet style and there is a big spread of stuff to choose from. There are numerous trams a short walk from the hotel (1-2min walk). I like it because it's a short ride to the city center, and it's set back just enough to be peaceful and quiet without feeling like you are so far removed from civilization that you're going to be bored. There are plenty of little shops and restaurants right by the hotel if you don't want to bother going to the center of the city (which, by the way, you could just as easily walk to if you don't want to pay for the tram). I find the bed to be very comfortable, the hotel in general is immaculate, and if you are lucky you'll get a little balcony like I did.
