Best Western Midway Hotel Brookfield

Not so good experience here. I stayed only one night for a wedding and I'm glad it was only one night. First of all, check-in was EXTREMELY slow. There was one person in front of us and we were in line for about 20 minutes. I almost left. The rooms were actually very spacious but the beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on springs. Our room was on the 2nd floor by the pool/atrium area. It was sooo hot and humid outside of the room but not bad in the room. The rooms were very clean but the plumbing was a problem. When I first turned on the shower, for like 5 seconds the water was brown and disgusting! I had to take a shower in my friends room because I couldn't bare it. I alerted the front desk about the water, but they failed to send anybody to fix it nor did they offer to switch my room. Overall very unpleasant stay and will not be back.
