I am sure ther are more "IN" places to stay & much more money. After spending a great deal of time on the internet trying to get an idea of NYC prices, where to stay, what to see, TB was helpful, I did the Priceline name your price saving about 40% off listed price. The hotel had everything you needed, small but ok for sleeping as you need to keep moving to see as much of NYC as possible. It was within easy walking distance to all the places I wanted to see. The staff was very helpful in answering questions about NYC,& all the other silly questions vistors ask, had free breakfast, coffee in room, wifi in lobby.
