The hotel is wonderful, staff were very helpful ensured our room was upgraded when we informed them of specific needs of one of our family members.The location couldn't be better for all the Museums and the Duomo.

What a great hotel! Had superior double rooms on what we think to be concierge floor. Therefore we had champagne/water/hot&cold snacks nightly. Very quiet at night. Rooms were awesome and bathrooms were spacious. Staff very accommadating and...read entire review at TravelPost.com

We had drinks last year at the Bernini and the staff was so helpful that we decided to stay there if we ever returned. They did not disappoint.
