I enjoyed the experience dining here. They guys who run it are a lot of fun and try to please. I booked a table through another website that have me a discount. These guys are savvy. They told me next time to book direct and just ask them for a discount. It makes sense. These nice folks are in the middle of the famous Brick Lane full of other curry restaurants. The restaurant has to pay other websites a fee for your reservation – so it’s worth everyone’s while to book direct and ask for a discount! They also have set meal deals on their menu – so one way or the other you can have a meal at a very good price for London.

Now the food and service. Very good. I started with a mixed starter and a tried the Chef’s Specialty Khashi Makhani. All very tasty and served – swiftly – with cold Cobra beers. Not only do the staff seem to have roller skates, they can see all the tables easily from the bar. They make sure your glass is never empty and they always make you smile.

The restaurant is owned by the Kazi family and they love to serve up Bangladeshi cuisine. In fact they even teach curry cooking classes so you can learn yourself. An excellent restaurant and fun experience.
