There are a ot of interesting places to see in Minsk.
Churches - dons't be scared and have a look in them. most of them are realy old.with own history.
Troitskoe predmestye - definatly a must see - peole call it "an old town". Its the only one place in Minsk left with an old buildings.
Parks - here are plenty of parks. Park Cheluskensov and Gorkogo are the most popular ones and have a rides
.The city is realy green.
Square of victory- its a monument to those who died in War. It has an eternal flame and a guard which stands arount it.
Some of historical places are near Minsk.
Hatin' -village was destroyed by Nazi troops, with the participation of collaborators for the fact that the villagers allegedly assisted the guerrillas. All the residents were burned alive .
kurgan slavi- bug bumpof earth where they buried a lot of people who died in the WW2.Where you can go up to pay tribute to victims.
Brestskaya krepost in Brest - (but its little far away from minsk)the castle where soldiers were defending Belarus from enemy.
