Rude staff! Nov 08, 2008
Excellent price - booked through Ctrip. Good quality hotel, clean and lots of facilities. Hotel staff speak basic English, which is not a problem as we didn't speak Chinese. However, what was a problem was the staff laughing at us for no reason - it was incredibly rude. Laughing blatantly at a hotel guest is internationally understood! I would rather stay somewhere else next time, despite the cheap price for a good hotel - the staff spoil it.
