Beaver's Restaurant

Beaver’s Restaurant is a place that the locals recommend for a good down-home meal. Not pretentious or fancy in any way, and don’t be turned off by the lack of modern styling and furnishings. What you get here is excellent service, wonderful food, and a very fair price. Our waitress, dressed in a tee shirt and jeans with a small towel style apron tied around her waist was always pleasant, helpful, and ready to offer assistance. The menu was not huge but we found good familiar items that you would find in any other place. I ordered Liver and Onions and my wife had the fish. Both were fairly small sized based on today’s standards of serving much more than you should or could eat, but plenty enough for us. Also a small desert was served with the meal., and the coffee or tea was part of the meal price.
