Beaufort Park Hotel Mold Reviews
A Pleasant Stay in Rural Wales Apr 17, 2006
I spent one night in the Beaufort Park Hotel, and I was there for literally 12 hours. I had a wonderful 12 hours, though. The hotel is located in a town called Mold, and it's such a small town and seemingly well of the beaten path, which made my stay there all the more enjoyable.
Dinner at the hotel was lovely - I had pork and it was quite delicious and probably the best meal of the trip so far. For dessert, I enjoyed a fruit trifle (whipped cream, custard, sponge cake, fruit and gelatin) and tea. After dinner, I sampled a Strongbow Cider at the Arches Restaurant which was connected to the hotel. The accomodations were lovely. It's a shame I couldn't enjoy more days there. Perhaps on my return visit to northern Wales...
