Sep 15, 2007 The locals here call it "Hotel Del" which I think is cute. It's like a resort as it houses multiple restaurants, shops and spas on its property. We didn't stay there, as it's mondo expensive, but you can go on the property to eat or to get to the beach. When we went, someone was having this tiny little wedding there in the freezing San Diego beach. I remember this place from an episode of Baywatch, I think there was a ghost in this episode, but I can't recall. It's got breath taking views and is quite busy considering how out of the way and expensive it is..
