Beach Colony Resort Myrtle Beach

In August of 2007 we took a trip down to Myrtle Beach. We stayed at the Beach Colony Resort when we arrived our room was ready for us. There was six of us so we had a room with 2 bedrooms and a living room with a couch that folded into a bed. Our bed was very comfortable, also. We had a ocean view room, we had a very good view of the ocean-but we did not have a ocean front view. The hotel was right on the beach. Our room was very nicely decorated and cleaned very well. We did not have any complaints about this hotel. The staff were very nice and courteous. The hotel had an indoor pool and an outdoor pool, the outdoor pool looked bigger than the indoor one, but the indoor one was usually alot less crowded. They have a lazy river-not very big and basically just goes in a oval-type shape, but is still fun. The location was really nice. We were right on the beach, and we were not more than a 10 minute drive from anything that we wanted to go and see.
If we go back to Myrtle Beach again we will definitely be staying at this hotel again!

Enjoyed the condo very much everything we needed as a family..even down to games and coloring books for the little ones.(nice touch)

Enjoyed the location at the Beach Colony Resort: not too far from everything, but not on top of the crowds.
