To the lovely Beach Albatros Hotel in Sharm.

Oo So exciting! My first time in Eygpt, for 11 nights all inclusive. Off the plane, & hit with a wave of heat. 38*c HOT Sj HOT Sj!

After an early morning start, an ok-ish flight & my worst ever airport experiance ever, we arrive at the hotel. From the outside it looks a small but well kept hotel. After going to the desk & getting the key, myself & steven (my lovely other half who's idea it was to come here!) were escorted to our room & shown around. We opted for a basic double room (to keep the price down) but where delighted with what we got. You enter your room straight from the front door - so very spacious, cool & clean with a nice king size bed, huge wardrobes, bedside tables, desk & TV. From there you walk into alittle corridor with more storage (always a good thing!) and then into the bathroom. The bathroom had a shower & then the rest that goes along with it.

First things first, strip off & dive in the shower to feel fresh & clean! In the shower I go, turn the tap, nice cold water, but alittle too cold so I turn the tap again, too Hot too Hot!. The shower had 2 temperatures, Hot or Cold! Nevermind, its still nice.
The only other problem I could note with the bathroom, is that it had a drain in situ near the toilet, that occasionaly smelt musty. But the smell passed as soon as it came & if it didnt, id blame it on stevens feet!

The hotel complex was small, however this made the holiday more heavenly. The staff remembered your name & always willing to help. When they found out it was my birthday, all the staff sang happy birthday & I got flowers & a cake!
The hotel grounds contained two pools, the restraunt where you had breackie, lunch & dinner along with a Cafe Bar near each pool, & its own private beach with a life down. On the beach it had a spa, water restraunt & various little shops. Everything you could need on an all inclusive trip! The food was varied, with always something for someone with any food taste or habbit. Fresh fruite was always on the menu & you could go & help your self to as much as you wanted when you wanted. Because it was all inclusive, all food was free & all drinks to. Excellent.

On the beach, you do get hassled by beach sellers, fresh juice fresh juice every 5 minuites or boat trip if you will, boat trip! But once you say no, your left alone to enjoy the rays of sunshine. The staff at the hotel did like enligh pounds as a tip, & would request you change say £10 pound coins to a £10 note. Which we were happy to do.

When it was time to come home, there was no rush to leave the room & our cases where kept safe till our departure. On our departure we say goodbye, however the staff say, See you another day!.
