The social scene in down town Tuscon,Phoenix is lively and has a good student atmosphere. However, to visit as night, if you dont have a passport as proof of ID you aint goin nowhere. Social hubs for the underage consist of cafe's and eateries. Scotsdale seems to be more easy on that front. And a little hint...most the american population do not pick up the fact we write out DOB the correct way arround. Im born on the 3rd of DEC 1986 so most the time i been ok!haha!03-12-86 makin me 21.(not that i have abused this fact of course)enjoy ppl!
